Frequently Asked Questions:

N.B.-We don’t mandate delegates to get vaccinated to be able to attend the workshops however un-fully vaccinated delegates will be required to be tested once every 48 hours for Covid 19 during the course of the workshops.

  • Delegates coming to South Africa are required by the laws of South Africa is expected to produce a PCR test that is not older than 72 hours from the time of departure from the Country of origin to South Africa.
  • This test must be conducted by a certified medical practitioner and should have the name and signature of the practitioner who conducted the test.
  • In the event of the traveler’s failure, for whatever reason, to submit a valid negative test certificate in terms of paragraph (a), upon arrival in South Africa, the traveller shall be required to do an antigen test at his or her own costs;
  • in the event of the traveler testing positive for COVID -19, he or she shall be required to isolate him or herself, at his or her own cost, for 10 days; (d) a passenger is required to wear a face mask at all times, may only remove a face mask during an emergency or when instructed by cabin crew to take it off and must observe social distancing;
  • Delegates will be mandated to be in a bubble setup on the duration of the workshops as will be gazetted on their acceptance form.
  • We have a strictly zero no gun policy and no guns will be allowed only reserved for approved security cluster detail
  • There will be tight security during the event for your safety
  • No luggage bags will be allowed in the venue arena
  • Ladies pocketable bags will be allowed, subject to screening
  • No plastic materials, any form of food items will be allowed in the venue
  • Delegates will be under a bubble cluster during the event thereafter any further stay in South Africa for any other interests will be at the delegate own cost
  • Each delegate will be required to purchase their own ticket, we do have luxurious rooms for couples
  • We have different level ticket options that suit each delegate according to their need
  • The ticket you will purchase will have the detailed benefits attached to it
  • One can cancel their ticket within 48hours of purchase due to reasons beyond their control
  • Please note that once the 48hours have elapsed we can longer be able to refund you due to the fact that all ticket sales will be directed to the production of the event.
  • If you unable to cancel on time we have options like to carry over your ticket to the next available event on our calendar, or get access to our virtual event platform and all supporting products
  • Please note that delegates will e kept in a bubble during the duration of the event and thereafter those delegates who wish to travel across South Africa will be welcome to do so at their own cost.
  • Site re-entries on the same day are valid on all tickets - you can go in and out as often as you like.
  • One is able to get a 2 months payment plan only after making a 50% deposit on the level ticket of choice and there is no refund policy on a payment plan.
